The Monster of Ada Ciganlija also known as The Beast of Ada Ciganlija and The Ada Ciganlija shark was a creature sighted swimming in the Sava river near the shore of Ada Ciganlija in Belgrade, Serbia in july 2021. Although some people were scared at first, it quickly became obvious that the creature was friendly and some people even petted it. It also supposedly had a wound on its head. The creature was soon identified to be a catfish.
