The Black Star Penguins were a group of strange humanoids encountered by a man named Robert Lawrence and his friend while on a hunting trip in 1995. The two teenagers looked up at an exposed area on the side of the canyon and noticed a group of creatures walking together. The creatures seemed to be walking in unison, heading down the hillside and stopping simultaneously in intervals.
