The Andean wolf (Dasycyon hagenbecki) It is a cryptid species of wild dog which is said to have existed in southern South America. As the name suggests, the supposed species existed in the Andes.

Speculated to be one of the largest canids on the continent, the Andean wolf would be a species closely related to the maned wolf, but visually more similar to a typical wolf. They would be 1.54 meters long and weigh 34 kg.
